4/10 - Varsity Football Only - Pizza Plus 6pm
4/17- Football Jr.Novice , Novice , JV - Pizza Plus 6pm
2025 Football cost $450
2025 Cheer cost
$550 Cheerleader w/uniform
Football and Cheer $100 Per Child( non Refundable at Registration)
(multiple child $25 dollar discount)

Volunteer Deposit-$350 Per Family
Hours for Volunteer 10 hours one child 12 hours for a Family*
Equipment Deposit - $350
**Please make your Deposit check separate from registration fees. Volunteer deposit checks are shredded once you have worked your hours. Payment plans can be made that day (The balance due needs to be paid in full before the orientation date). The following checklist of paperwork MUST be completed when registering. Any missing paperwork and your child will not be added to the team until complete.

Registration Checklist
- New players/cheerleaders MUST bring original birth certificate and bring a copy of birth certificate to turn in. (New Player/Cheerleader is anyone who did not participate last year in the 2024 Season
- Bring a copy of Health Insurance Card (Returners from the 2024 season do not need one, UNLESS INSURANCE INFORMATION HAS CHANGED).
- Completed Escalon Youth Cougars 2025 Registration Form (Download "Registration Form" at right).
- Signed Escalon Youth Cougars Code of Conduct/Fundraising agreement - must be signed by participant & parents (Download "Code of Conduct" at right).
- Release of Liability Waiver form - must be signed by participant & parents (Download "Release of Liability" at right).
- Concussion Form
- Proof / Evidence of Current Grade Level - (i.e. Copy of report card, student body card, Aries printout, document that shows age and grade.)
- Proof of Residence - (i.e. Copy of utility bill, credit card bill, cell phone bill, bank statement, etc.) NOT ACCEPTABLE: DRIVER'S LICENSE, CHECKS, HAND WRITTEN LETTERS AND JUNK MAIL.
